well when u stone person. And unstone him then. And restone him again cuz he violated again it wont work.
Strange, asked bzk to try stone the prson then but his doesnt work then either.
second time it happens to me now.

And another thing. How come we get 2 runes now instead of 1? Whats the 2nd rune suppose to do?

well i discovered when u stone a person and take stone of u cant restone again.
perhaps that can help

It's only able to stone a person once, and if you try to stone them again it does nothing. Tolar was on yesterday and ran into this.
