Tangentially related: I finally upgraded my OS (and by association my hard drive) in order to play Hellgate - now I have XP SP2 and a total of 750 GB of space.

Oh and technically speaking, 420 did the upgrade, because I don't like the idea of dissecting my own brain. So thank you, hon!

"The more we care for the happiness of others, the greater our own sense of well-being becomes. Cultivating a close, warm-hearted feeling for others automatically puts the mind at ease. This helps remove whatever fears or insecurities we may have and gives us the strength to cope with any obstacles we encounter. It is the ultimate source of success in life." - Dalai Lama

Summoner, evoker, blade master, and marksman classes (all the ones I've played) are already really fun and different from one another - this game is obviously going to rock.

That guy in the video is a nutter, plain and simple, and he didn't understand the graphic style. He thought those stuffed animals in glass cases were re-engineered, alive, and ready to be "released" into the world.

I think the games look pretty better on the psp then on the DS the graphical quality is really better on the psp.
This was decided by a duel between Tyrael and Talon on Godspire today - DS is officially the better platform for all time!

You know it's bad when they insist on modifying "instructions" with "simple." The simplest instructions would be "install the expansion and voila it works...."

And then, the Red Knight's horse decided not to stop, and he jumped over the rope at the end of his side of the thing, and then he kept running at the fence around them, and all the people ran away, and then the horse shied, and the Red Knight went FLYING off the horse, over its head, and *into* the fence. And then Red Knight lay there really still.
The Red Knight lived to fight another day.... my nephews are in the foreground, the Red Night is center.

Hilarious quote from comment on the above link:

Hilarious comment on that:

"If you pulled all the city buses and police cruisers and did the same thing they did to us, it would be the same issues, know what I'm saying?" NO, Mr Cook, I DON'T!!!! We are REQUIRED by law to inspect our buses every time we use them, and we DO NOT use unsafe equipment. If something is broken, it is taken out of service & the mechanics fix it before that bus moves again. Those same mechanics also work on the police vehicles, and they DO A GREAT JOB! Please refrain from insulting the hard working drivers and mechanics at the MTA. Our vehicles cannot be compared to the deathtraps I see driving around with "Taxi" written on them.

Either I leave or you leave and we still hold up to our half of the rent each month.
As a feminist and as a women who works her ass off, I can only offer this advice: Kick that bitch out. Don't take her money, kick her ass out, and if it means you have to move, too, do it.

She's unreasonable *and* can't use an adjective to save her life. "Solitude personality" indeed....

The license isn't stolen; we're just "unregistered" (though that has little to do with Nathan's adherence to law). Basically, given the age of the software, and the fact that this version was distributed for free, we're in compliance.

Guys are way more rational than girls.  Most girls even readily admit this.
Can you site any statistics? Do you have any actual evidence? Or is it true-confession style "My Girlfriend was a Teenage Werewolf"?

If y'all were trying to date guys, you'd say guys were insane, fubar, etc. It's not that girls are crazy, it's that people in general are crazy. And a person's insanity becomes a lot more obvious when you're involved with them intimately.

And for what it's worth, guys are complete knuckleheads.

All I meant is that there's no telling what another person isn't.

I'm not skeptical about what you say, Razor. I'm skeptical about how many things seem just like love for the first year or five. Frankly, if you didn't date her, you should just leave her alone til you see her again on vacation, and hope for the best.

Believe that my advice is sincere - Lord knows I wouldn't agree with Mo on principal.

Oh, I see: you really *do* need to read Romeo and Juliet. Here's a free online version:
Romeo and Juliet thought it was love for "over a month" too....

If you can tell me in 5 years that you still feel the same way, I might concede it's love.

PS- You didn't say how much time you spent together.  Maybe we should start a betting pool. I'm going with 7 hours over 5 days....

Sounds like an encoding issue - Mo's web server (or something along that chain of happiness) is using the wrong encoding. Not sure if that's a Linux-related thing, but it wouldn't surprise me.
