NwN General / I need help...

Okay I used to be able to just browse games now however I can't. I have GodSpire in fav list but things like the Doriath server are theings I can't get to. Please help. The error message it gives me is "Connection failed, try another Nick." That is an exact quote of it. Anyone have any idea what a Nick is? Or how I change them?

Okay everybody I was thinking about this today and figured I'd ask everyone in Doriath. I'll start work on a version with CEP just so that everyone can see the difference. Here are the advantages and disadvantages that I see:
Advantages:
More robe
Better looks
More choices

Disadvantages:
Larger module
Conversion to CEP
Big Download for CEP

Okay well the new twenty-four hour server should be up tonight, and I was thinking that to celebrate I'd organize a tournament to see who is the strongest in Doriath. There will be prizes for the victor and three others. Fourth place and up gets a prize. The tournament will be one versus one, single elimination, best three out of five. The final round will be best four out of seven. You sign up a character not your whole screen name. A maximum of three characters per person please. These duels should be held in the Doriath Arena. The prizes are as follows. First place recieves a trophey, a placeable of their choosing in their room (with no restrictions on what it can to.), and their name as first in the "plaque" that will go into the Arena. Second will recieve a trophey and a placeable of their choosing in their room (with no restrictions on what it can to.). Third place will recieve a trophey and a placeable of their choosing in their room (with restrictions on what it can to.). Fourth place will recieve a trophey in their room. Please reply to sign-up or ask questions. Thank you.

EDIT: Sigh... I'm afraid the setting up of the Linux computer hasn't finished so the module should be up 24 hours a day starting tommorrow.

Okay here's the thing: when the PC uses the item it starts the conversation tagged "creaturesummon" so far here's the code yet it won't compile please help if you can.

Module Updates
April 30, 2005
Levels 0 through 2 are now open from beta testing on the module! YAY! Please tell me if it's to easy to hard or what...

Competitions
A ) Rules
1) You cannot ask for hints from anyone unless the competition is already solved.
2) Have fun with it.
3) The winner of competitions gets two things. A trophey and a placeable (of their choosing on what it is and what it does) in their room.

Yeah my computer has taken on a few viruses so I'm going to whipe my system and reinstall Windows XP. Don't worry about the module or the my characters they're backed up on the main computer of out network. Those should be perfectly fine after I get everything working. After I install Neverwinter Nights and all expansions I'll be back. Of course I also gotta get everything else back. Well anyways point is I'll probably be out for a few days. I should still be able to come to the forums using the family labtop that I've moved to my room but I can't install NWN on here.

Okay, here's the reasons I'm leaving PP, for one I was dueling my friend in armor other then PP and some PP person came up and started casting at my friend. Said he had permission from a Dungeon Master. I really don't want to be a part of something that is turning into a group of thugs. It's really starting to piss me off, not all the insults and stuff ,but the people that are acting like common thugs. Thusly that is why I'm leaving PP. You'll probably still see me around but never again in those pink robes. See you later.

Uhm... yeah this is gonna sound completely stupid, but... I'm trying to make a usable placeable (most likely ballista) that will fire magic missile or fireball (either one is fine {kinda prefer the fireball myself}) at random players in the area(yet doesn't fire at anyone using the ballista or in their paryty)? Also I can't find the ResRef of a custom creatue, does anyone know how to?

Well I've been making a clan server based from Godspire also and was wondering how to make the custom filter at 22? also how to use multiple onactivateitem scripts in the same module? Also fast rest and onenter create an item in their inventory? Thanks.  :)
