First, a PvP screenshot of 420 killing me with is face ("does your face hurt? cuz it's killing me!").

And second, the Chantodo's Will Mo just lent me that increases my DPS *and* life by around 5000 each! Thank you, Mo -- I'll shine it up like new when you want it back!

I'd suppose a Wiz or WD bought it for the INT and EXP. The damage was far above what I could find at that level for similar items, so I think it is an exceptional, if low-level, item. But would I pay 8.5 million gold for it? Hardly!

Not sure if this was meant to be a wand or a +5 back scratcher.

I had a blast yesterday. Let me see if I can upload some pics. Next time I need to dig up some better builds than pale master trident duelers and halfling sling fighters.

EDIT: Oh and can you give me a rough estimate of how much you have spent on WoW with the price of the game, expansions, and monthly subscription?
Burn!

That's *way* more than I lost on Hellgate London!

This is a bunch of mid-concert banter from a concert 420, me, and a friend were at:
Mike Doughty at Slim's

You can even hear us hooting....

A  *seriously* dark horse candidate just pulled into this race, and out of respect for his tenacity *and* his having found so many areas, I declare Mercy a winner. Teleport your ever lovin heart out, friend!

General Gaming / Orphan Feast

A new game I've grown fond of - Orphan Feast
Pretty much exactly what it sounds like. It takes a little practice - think "polo" when using the melee attack, and think "Mario" when trying to knock out the orphans.

Today, Smith Hold saw Calia, Elessar, Tyreal and Red Ronnet - all in quick succession. It was absolutely great to see you all, but it would be greater still to see more of you at once - like the old days, as it were. We could get ours duels on. And also, Red is running a 9AC GodSpireHaven mod. Check it out and let us know how it goes.

Random Ranting / Never use the glasses in your hotel room
« on: December 06, 2007, 08:21:51 PM »
I don;t know what kind of hotels *you* stay at, but the places I go tend to be cleaner than my own house. Just remember not to be rude to the housekeeping staff, and your fine.

FWIW, I'm speaking from experience: I worked as a maid in a hotel one summer; I never saw anything equivalent to the old restaurant pay-back of spitting in a guest's food, but there were maids who didn't do much more that rinse out the tub and sink if the guests were high-maintenance or bitchy.
