Remember when I said I required string as payment for refereeing the war? (http://lucidmagic.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=395&hl=string) Well, looky what bus brought me! Thanks, bus!

Well, if it was a preference thing, I'd have picked shiny rocks or maybe decent new music that hasn't been defiled by the music industry/meat grinder. But for some reason, the Throbblefoot Spectre only accepts payment in the form of string.

Possibly it is due to me making numerous references to the fact that the pouches on Joe Fixit's belt are full of various snack items. Like beef jerky!

Is there anything more tortuous than knowing there is string out there waiting for me, but not being able to collect it?

Just drop the string off at Throbbleserv, it's up right now, you can just leave it on the road where you enter. (Tuesday, 3 pm, PST)

Hmm, maybe I should make a "mailbox" at the entrance for people to put things in.

It better be lots of different styles of unique kinds of string with special properties and spells and item types and such!!!!
