Title: Godspire is Back!
Post by: Talon on September 28, 2007, 07:00:11 PM: I still dont have a PC capable of running NWN2, so that will have to wait for a while longer.
What I have done, however, is bring up the original mod for NWN1.
Come one and all and showme how much I must suck after an extended period away!
I have no plans on shutting the server down - it will be up 24/7.
Lets try and revive some dueling action - I see the Multiplayer community for NWN is still pretty active - so lets show them all what a real dueling server is all about!

You better hurry, we already got an uppity newb calling himself "king tyr". He has the honor of being the first person booted, banned and sent to the Farm on the new GS!

Oh and Warf-12 made a brief appearance, just long enough to interfere in a duel.

On the happy side, Talon, Mo, Throbble, Cuchulann, Mercy, and Ser Red (as well as a host of new players) were all on to welcome GS back online.

Actually, I didn't post at all the day before yesterday, I didn't even come here. Wasn't even on the comp.... days when I get off work and go somewhere. *sigh* Why does going somewhere usually mean you're spending money? =(

Like colored names was a big deal anyway... before I was GM I was supposed to be red, for instance, because of being in Marauders, but never was, didn't care.

Wasn't the colored names Nathan's idea or something? :lol:

Anyway, if you'll notice, you're no longer in the "Doriath" member group, just the default one. So, of course you aren't green! :lol:

The expansion content is there but non-expansion players can join the server so it's not really running the expansions.

You cant stop HotU players joining if they have SoU anyway.
Nothing to stop you creating a level 20 char though - many do.

Or you could use leto and set the appearance to a null type.

Post by: Tea-cup on October 06, 2007, 07:59:15 AM: In the attachment you can see the "invisible" cape my level 20 uses, using 30 for ModelPart1. Just look for the tag of the cape and change ModelPart1 to a number that doesn't has a cape associated with it.

Smith Hold is visible on GameSpy again under Social. It will not appear in history or favorites because my dynamic IP address changed recently.
