Looks like they fixed leveling down in the 1.03 patch so you won't have to restart from level 1 if you make a mistake while leveling.
PvP is getting a little more viable with each patch.

I would have reported this sooner but it wasn't in the patch notes. Throbble's theory is that they were to embarrassed to put it in.
