Hmmm
Anyone else having troubles logging into GodSpire
I keep getting a time out message everytime i try log : (
I hope its not a fault on my end

i can log in just fine, i have that sometimes too but i just retry and all goes well

I've never had a problem in that way anyway, dunno about real recently, I haven't been on much. I'm busy, "turning my life around" yeah that shit.

Don't go to lucidmagic.net:5121 in your browser...use the direct connection option in NWN.

Okay, this is tangentially related and I wonder if anyone else is having the problem: I can't add Godspire to my list of favorites. When I click the button to do do, it acts as if it's added the server, but then on my Favorites list, Godspire doesn't appear.

How weird is that?

Something similar happens to me, when i add godpsire to my favourites and i then go and check where it is under favs, the ip is there but it says it offline when its not, and the GodSpire favourite/ip wont allow me to connect via it.... it seemed to be fine a few days back but now all i see is the GodSpire ip and no option to connect.

Try using Direct Connect

Throbble and I never have this problem *hugs DSL line* so I'll head up to GodSpire and hang out as much as I can. (Spring break this week!)

Add 420 to your friends list and enter GodSpire that way if direct connecting doesn't work. You can also use the portal in ThrobbleServ's Smith Hold (located in social). It is just a little north and west of where you first enter the server on the edge of a cliff.

sometimes i have this problem too, but if it happens and there is nobody on, i use xfire (https://www.xfire.com), it always works.

Throbble and I have been doing some testing since I have no problems with GodSpire but she is unable to add GodSpire to her favorites list.

Throbble looked in her favorites and found that she has GodSpire's IP listed but the port was different (not 5121) and it was listed as "offline":

24.201.85.94:64540

She removed this from her favorites and tried to add GodSpire again and it worked however in the server details the IP is now:

24.201.85.94:60540

No idea what any of this means however.

I don't know what that means either.  Port should be 5121.

Yeah, I noticed something like that a long time ago. I figured it was supposed to be that way and blew it off. It was like that alot before too.

On and off problems like that mean that it must be Lamespy, cause I've done absolutely nothing.

Thx 420 and Throbble for this ip 24.201.85.94:60540, i used it in direct connect and it now works perfectly, its odd when i added GodSpire to favs, i still see the old port 5121 instead of  new 60540 port but now when i add GodSpire to favs i get 2 lines one with the old 24.201.85.94:5121 and another with obviously the new ip 24.201.85.94:60540, yet if i delete one it deletes the other.
