Title: PvP Characters: Skills

Some of us, including myself, have been wondering since the end of the beta whether we will be able to to choose to have all the skills unlocked for PvP characters on release. I know it seems like a definite no, but here (http://faq.gwunderground.com/index.php?action=article&cat_id=003&id=38&lang=) is the definite proof. I sent in that question yesterday so cookies for the managers at gwunderground.com for a speedy reply. :) See you guys on GW at the release date or later.
