i preordered the game at a local EB game store but i didnt get a cd-key or preorder box is this normal or did the guy forget to give me the box

well if you went to the store in person they should have given you a box

i got mine from future shop and they gave me a box with everything inside

i have the receipt but im just need a cd-key for the beta events and i bet ill get the extras when i get the game *maybe*
