I voted No, because CEP is rediculous as Talon has said before "its nothing but a glorified hak." Its not worth the DL and its a waste of time :) There are a ton of glitches in it, and other random bugs. Who wants that? Bioware gives us enough to play with.

is not the same as, I voted "no" for the following reasons:
1. GodSpire currently supports no-expansion players AND players with either or both expansions. The whole purpose is to make GodSpire available to everyone and that would no longer be the case if it required the CEP.

Lol, I agree hell, but funny thing Stitch. Bioware did not make the CEP. ROFL, and it is buggy. I play on CEP servers. There is one glitch where all items are black or you cant even see them and there is a hole in your body. Another is where the image of the item is in your inventory and you cant see it, its just a black space...so dont tell me its not buggy. I have and sometimes use the CEP, so dont take me as some neighsayer who doesnt know what hes talking about.

won't it take time to make a GS2 on NWN2 cuz for first it's at least a year till NWN2 comes out (December 2005 here) if it doesn't get delayed + if the toolset isn't compatible with NWN1 won't it take time to make GodSpire and script it too?

As it is, Godspire supports all official EXPANSION packs, and still allows those with just vanilla NWN to play. Not possible with CEP.
Thats the main reason. Other one is that it breaks a ton of balancing stuff, and new weapons dont have focus, etc.

They also released a cool little model viewing program and they would posted creature models and spell graphics that could be viewed with the program. However, since this is Obsidian, they may do things differently.

lol good point... I did enjoy Hotu campaign though, I just wish they would make more "official" mods letting you dig deeper into the planes =).
As for this thread, Stitch if you don't want it to continue just say so, and as for CEP, ya it would be kinda cool, but I think the main point here is that it's just far too much trouble than it's actually worth.

As you can see, 420 started by stating that all Talon said was exactly what he said, because Stitch was annoyed and said don't just repeat the same reasons over and over again. So then, Talon said that 420 always says what Talon wants to say before Talon can say it himself, which is directly responding to 420. Still not off topic. Then I joked that Talon was just copying 420 to make himself look good(the anticedent of 'himself' being Talon), and then added that it was because 420 just seems to have a knack for these things.
So, I fail to see why you think that was off-topic, and you cannot say that this post is off-topic because I am directly responding to what you said about it. Another thing, cool off a bit James, so we got side-tracked a bit, no big deal. It is possible to change topics, so don't get all wound up if it does happen. Couple things:
1. RE Naztharune: "Its body seems mostly human except for a luxurious coat of black fur and its black, tigerlike head." (So, yeah, it is suppose to be kitty paws, it's just that the artist tried to make him wear his hood and it makes his face look more narrow.)
2. Those aren't hooves, they are a new type of weapon called "Toe Blades" used by cat-people to fight each other. Yeah, that's the ticket. (Who needs accuracy when you have imagination?)
3. The CEP didn't "make" anything, they simply collected a bunch of user-made content and fixed any 3d modeling and shadow glitches.
