I beat the game on hard.Pretty easy with the RX7.
And what do you mean by full tournament?

i always thought that in nfs there was like a 12 map race - a bit like grand prix so that to beat the whole game you had to beat the computer on all 12 maps or something - or beat the time trial or something...

i remember in Indycar Racing 2 it had about 12 maps, and it was really hard to beat the pc cos you had a field of up to 32 cars and u could only get pole position if u won the trial laps. it was so hard to get up to pole leader from rank 32. and the driving was so hairy and fine that if u didnt work out the best angle for every corner you just kept losing a second a lap and that just meant losing. in a 60 lap race you really became fatigued.

not to mention that u had to do pit stops for tire changes and fuel, customisation of car suspension etc for each map and eventually, the only way to win was to use manual gearbox, and his mean t awhole new set of gear combos for each corner ><

that is an awwwesome game

actually indycar racing 1 (fits on one 1.44 meg disk) is just as good... (only 1 map)...

yeah UG2 isnt too bad, the improved car customisation is pretty grand, the only thing i hate about it is when u screw up by missing a star, that u can screw up the rest of the game by running out of races, i dont know how many times ive had to play another persons game and drive for 2.5 hours just to find a bonus race that does nothing anyway. well ive finshed 65% of it and have unlocked everything.

i give it a 8/10
