Vote for the best RTS out atm

many do say TA is the best rts ever - however some point out that TA in its basic (non-customised AI or units versions) heavily favours a defensive base strategy. That meansm a game can go on indefinitely eg: 4 days straight playing or more with nukes and assaults raining down on your base and you can still struglle on and survive. If you build your base right.TA is truly the most earth shaking rts out ever.
But then if you look at the customised AI or unit packs (UTCP or TAUIP or others - acronyms are about correct), you realise that they fixed the defence-offence balance. They also introduced megamech units - so u get mech uunits which are truly enormous and powerful... and 10,000 units in asingle game at once is not unprecedented....
Ok now you look at SC. Many SC fans say SC has better strategic elements. WC3 is not really as good as SC...
So its kinda between SC and TA - with Warhammer 40k DoW looking to shine soon I hope.
WLBC3 - i think the whole wlbc series is truly excellent and should be regarded better. - maybe one day soon they wiill.
Did I mention one of my favourtie rts/hybrids was also Magic & mayhem (1 or 2 i think is reallye xcellent)?

well i think that in terms of playability generals wins, but red alert had the great FMV in between missions, generals really dropped the ball on that one..

hmm, yes, good point - only two problems with that;
one : Tiberian Sun Sucks
and
Two : Tiberian Sun Sucks
now i realise that may only be one problem, but i thought that it was such a big one that it was worth saying twice :P
