Raven:
Is the file in a folder? If so, move everything in the folder you want to keep somewhere safe. Then go "up" and try deleting the folder itself instead of the file.  This sometimes works for me. Good luck:p

LoL. I get so many answers and the most simplest one works. Raven's idea worked. The folder itself actually deleted with the file in it so now that's problems solved. Thanks Raven and everyone else for helping through this... hard... hard time. *sniff sniff* LoL jk.
