Patch 1.0.7 is currently under development and many of the changes included in that update will soon be on the PTR. Before we hit you with patch notes, though (and a new client to download), here's a preview of what's coming.

Dueling
Class Updates
Crafting Additions
Monster Power Changes
Monster Affix Changes
Quality of Life Improvements

I haven't read through it yet. (I'll post more after I have.)

The Public Test Realm 1.0.7 patch notes are up: Public Test Realm -- Patch 1.0.7 Notes

Looks like Frostillicus will be getting a big boost to her Blizzard skill:
Quote
Blizzard
Weapon damage increased from 210% to 510% over 6 seconds

The new gem quality looks insanely overpriced to make:
Quote
A new tier of account-bound gems of has been added to the game: Marquise

Quote
These gems can only be created at the Jeweler and will require the following reagents:
3 Radiant Star Gems
20 million gold
1 Demonic Essence

Quote
Un-socketing Marquise gems will cost 5 million gold
I don't see ever making these as the tier right below that, Radiant Star, only costs 400K gold to make and I'd rather spend the gold to make 50 of those than one Marquise.

The new crafted recipes for iLevel 63, 6 mod rares looks like it will be pretty easy to get as they will have a 50% chance to drop off a non-act end boss at 5 NV. No indication on what they will cost to craft though.

Anyway, lots of good stuff coming.

From a post on the Public Test Realm (PTR) forums:

I'm just using the gloves for example, but I assure you all recipes have a high cost for an extremely low chance of being usable.

New crafted gloves:
50 Exquisite essences = 75,000+g
5 Tomes of secrets = 15,000+g
1 Demonic Essence = Free and easy to get lots of extras.
25,000g
= 115,000g for an extreme gamble for something that only has a chance to be usable.

That seems pretty inexpensive to me.
