I had a netbook a couple years ago.  Hated it.  So under powered.  What do you need your laptop to do?  I replaced mine with an iPad and I couldn't be happier.

I ended up buying that Asus Eee netbook. It's awesome.  Best Buy had a 2 day online sale so I purchased it online and selected the pickup in store option and saved 60 bucks paid 220.  Gonna buy an external dvd/cd rw drive this weekend for it and I'll be all set.
