Sweet, the weird thing about San Francisco is when we hold a pot rally it doesn't seem any different than any other day in SF.

True, we just give those events funny names like, The Haight Street Fair, and so forth.

An alderman thinks there's a correlation between kids and young men playing basketball and johns driving around looking for hookers.  And as far as complaints about the noise, though a small city, it's still a city.

I was having lunch in a restaurant today when the sky decided to open up and deluge the city. I was stuck for almost two hours.

EDIT: Heh, just saw some nice footage of Throbble's office getting flooded, the skylight in the kitchen leaked and water came in under the doors.

Holy crap.  How long was it raining to produce that kind of flooding??

Reminds me of the year a supercell rolled through Montreal in 1987 dumping over 100mm of water in under and hour.  Here's a photo of one of the major expressways.  It's below ground so highly susceptible to the flooding.
