It's just one of those "weird" animals, you know like there are of us those "weird" people, you know people like that they are afraid of pickles  and shit, this bear obviously likes to play with dogs then to eat them, untill his hunger wins over joy and eats the dog...

I have no idea how I missed this topic months ago.

I wonder if it is true/false, why they act like that, if a bear can act like that with a human too (dogs can), etc.
