Its actually way better than L2, ive been playing the closed beta with a few friends from another game, it has an xp multiplier for the number of mobs you killed (more or less like tabula rasas but better and more complex) and each certain number of mobs you get an xp bonus, same with parties. Theres crafting of rare, unique and ancient weapons, lvl refiners (downgrades lvl required if success), stat refiners (downgrades required stats if success), a minigame of fishing where you can get ramdom items even rares, uniques and such, has a good partying system and you can actually get teleported to the team leader, you decide your stats (str, dex, agi.... atc stuff) each lvl, you can learn your new skills as you lvl no need to go to trainers, ingame bank its shared by your other chars... and even more things still
, so its barely compared to L2 in graphics after having played it because the xp rates are nowhere near close to L2, you can actually get to lvl 20 in just a few hours due to the kill bonus system, theres also a lot of quests and a lot of stuff to do when your not killing stuff (it also has a card game or somethin like that but i havent tried it yet because it looks like a casino and you have to pay money to enter), and anyways ALL mmorpgs are grinds camouflaged in quests so whats the matter with grind this grind that? if you dont like to grind just dont play mmorpgs :p.
