I said right now... theres no new classes yet, you dont have to subscribe to be in a guild just to create it, and the pvp arenas are kinda useless if you can duel wherever you want.

So they better add more stuff for subscribers :0.

in the long run I believe hellgate london will be 100% free at a later stage.

Tyrael:
Dont think so, Hellgate isnt an utter failure like Archlord, and a lot of ppl subscribed, they will just keep adding stuff but right now theyre being so slow.

Says they didn't fix that bug, but they have finally found out what causes it.
