There was a severe lack of supervision in my department so people were allowed to do and work as they wanted; wasting an incredible amount of time.
And the guy that I worked with was buddy buddy with the "lead" above him and she was buddy buddy with the supervisor above him.
Along with the place being an OSHA violation waiting to happen.  No safety complaints were being followed through and if they were they took months, at peoples leisure.
The forklift trainer would have people lifted on the forks without the proper equipment.

I figured people wouldnt know what I ment if i said stuff like that. + The start button comment simplifies the thought of how boring it is.
