We ate at  Gary Danko, and as promised here are the lists (nothing covered in formaldehyde)...

Courses:
Amous Bouche

Wine:
Torii Mor Rogue River Valley Pinot Noir '03

Animals:
Snails
Deer
Lamb

Cheeses:
Spanish goat cheese
Roaring 40's blue cheese(California cow blue cheese)
"The Colonel" Livarot-  (triple-wrapped French washed-rind cow cheese)

Desserts:
Three creme brulees: Chocolate, Pumpkin, Caramel
Three ice creams: Ginger, Green Tea,  Pistachio
Three cookies: Peanut butter, Oatmeal, Chocolate Chip
assortment  little tiny birthday treats: A tiny brownie, a bit of peanut-brittle, two unidentified sweets that were amazing, a piece of turkish delight,  what looked to be a tiny cupcake, a tiny piece of quick bread, a shortcake cookie.

And since 420 had espresso and I had a cappuccino, we'll be up for hours yet. Woohoo!
