The 1.68 beta patch release notes for NWN can be found here: 1.68 Beta

A few minor bug fixes and a real cool new feature, "visible cloaks"! Bioware will be adding DLA's cloaks in the next patch. I believe it will be an armor option, like robes, sowe'll be able to color them and whatnot.

Also, two things are no longer true (probably because Atari decided to stop being bastards). 1.68 will not be the last patch and they will continue to add new content in patches.
