I've heard that most of this game is impossible to solo, and that much of it can't even be attempted without a perfectly balanced team. Sounds like a frustrating combination.

Ive got it, but I havent played it yet. I dunno, thinking of returning. The dvd from the pre-order was bad ass. It looks awesome.

i had some friends playing that it was dissapointing not what they hoped for, the servers waren't good too much lag, you need to play with a perfectly balanced team like throbble said, solo is IMPOSSIBLE cuz there are only mobs in the game lvl 1 has to fight lvl 3-4 monsters in groups of 3.... .
And the important of all you have pay2play

To clarify.  There's nothing illegal in hosting or playing on a L2J (Lineage server).  The software is just a java emulator, nothing about the server software is taken or stolen from NCsoft.

well most (if not all) are emulated versions with some skills and game thingies bugged or not working, at least in the 3 i played. So if there are actually illegal thingies about those servers im sorry for pointing it to dnd

i played the 7 days trial and yes after lvl 3 or so you get raped by bunchs of mobs if you try to solo it. but the game looks so damn good tho and a lot of things remembered me of nwn (since it has same d&d rules).
