Arlo Guthrie's father, Woody Guthrie was possibly the greatest folk musician in American history. Years after Woody died the family found a bunch of songs he wrote but never put to music. They asked Billy Bragg and Wilco to write music for them and so far they have released two albums of his songs (Mermaid Avenue and Mermaid Avenue 2).
