Help With Signature

I am trying to put this pic into my signature but it says theres an error it wont accept IMG into it.
can someone help?

it says this: Sorry, dynamic pages in the [IMG] tags are not allowed

I think there's something wrong with that file. I can open it, but it just appears as a giant white rectangle. Try using an image editor to save it as a JPG file and load it up again.
