apparantly there are guys going around selling familly sigils for around 40K and saying you can get a hall with it!!! the familly sigils are actually quest items from piken square!!! so WATCH OUT!!!

lol yeah it occured to my mind but they are selling at 35-40K so you think i'm gonna buy it for 35K and then i can sell it for 50K....
