Hrm, I like the licence thing.. If you think about it he wasnt punnishing every group there. If we had a licence system to test kids abiliy to take small insults without an outburst of retarded babbling, Usualy somthing along the lines of "What?, Dude YOU ARE F**KING GHEY YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT"

Usualy translates as, "What? I dont know what that means, But, I think your insulting me. You are exeedingly happy/homosexual"

Funny when you think about it, tranlated it doesnt appear to make sence.

A Licenced user would probly respond like, "What? m sorry I dont understand, Please explain"

For the original post of this topic pfft licenses are for commies everyman for himself! I hate that phrase "real life" heard it all through to...well I'm still hearing it in college from teachers..treat people as you would want to be treated.
I think this thread goes along with some other post 420 had about lack of parental influence.

I didn't mention any license.  I mentioned an outright ban on minors' use of the internet.
