erm... is the 20% damage a customize? cuz only the person who customized the weapon can use it, and i dont see very many items with 20% damage that aren't customized...

lol i know i messed up with another bow it has a +percentage but i don't know exactly how much but it's not customized lol

probably 10 or 15, that's the most common percentage.
