I just downloaded this a couple days ago, it's pretty fun. Up to level 13 now, using 2x revolvers and double swords. Best part is the requirments list my ancient computer as "recommended"!

I don't plan on spending any real time on this game, but it's good for when you want to go shoot at people for a few minutes.

Aye, a great game. I'm an E-styler, but I know how to K-style, I just dislike k-style. I like to use a rifle myself for good spray opportunities can arise, and k-stylers tend to think spraying is without aim, which gets them killed around me. I also use dual revs, and do very well at sniping.

I only have one major problem when playing. Running out of ammo.

While Koreans may consider weapon switching bug exploitation a "style" I consider it pathetic and lame. The real problem is that programmers always overlook some kind of weapon switching bug like "bullet casting" in NWN. Well, I guess there is no honor among gamers in a country where gaming is a serious profession.

I think I'm going to get some kind of automatic weapon as my secondary but I prefer to use my swords so I don't usually run out of ammo. I picked the medic so I can give myself shields and health which is kind of nice. I like to hide health a shield stashes around a map and let them stack up, then use them during a difficult fight.

What is European Style anyway? No one describes it except to say it's different than Korean Style.

It's a style where you use tactics and strategy in battle. Most E-stylers use spray weapons and pistols/revs. Shotguns don't do as well for E-stylers. E-style is a like a hybrid, a mix of things. I change what I do according to the situation around me, unlike K-stylers who just do the same thing everywhere.

Oh, and Tyrael. Butterfly is a type of swordfighting, and is not the same as K-style, but it is used in K-style.

I have a couple chars now. My old one had a problem and got deleted. =/ I have a lower lvl, can't think of his level, and a lvl 34 or 35 or something. I don't pay much attention, level means very little in this game. I play the first two servers mainly, whatever server has more people.

The International version of Gunz is called a "beta" version: it doesn't include a bunch of the real game's functionality - it's missing hats and storyline to name just two things.  Frankly, I think the game was made by a Korean especially for Korean gamers, and there never will be a full release of the real game to the international servers.

Already making excuses not to get your ass kicked by me?

Heh, when 3 is down I go to 4. I usually make an open game called "420's Game" in whatever restricted chat room I'm in. (Currently Level 11-20)

I've had that happen many times, I hate when they do that. Call you a hacker and then kick you. argh. And I went on and checked when I made that post. When you made yours I was still on, but on server 2 owning.

Every time I get on I check server 3 for 420's game and whisper both 420, and fourtwozero to see if he's on. Haven't caught him yet though. 420, what level are you anyway? So I at least know if I am looking in the right place. You make it in the level appropriate channel, or do you make in free channel, or possibly somewhere else?

Just got to level 20, usually in the restricted channel, just got done playing with Elessar and Cuchulann. I need to work on the CEP a bit but when I need a break (in a few hours) I'll be back on.

New Styles!
C-Style - Coffee or Caffiene Style. Basically involves using legal stimulants to make your reaction time quicker and your movements less predictable. Be careful to take a break when you can hear your heart trying to burst out of your chest.

SF-Style - San Francisco Style. Wear a trenchcoat ("long coat"), shoes and gloves but no pants. Distraction tactic, only works on people that just joined or are normally easily distracted.

Post your own styles here!

hehe, just got off for a break, i'll be on later, i'm not sure if Cuch is still on though...

don't forget-
FD-Style -Female Distraction Style - run around with no armor on whatsoever! Skilled players can do so and manage to make a few kills each time. Distracts as well as SF-Style if not better! Note: Only works with female characters.

F-Style = Fagg Style, for all the fuckers who can't play and have to hack like the dumbshits they are.

Hmm, until you're lvl 21 my 34 can't play with you. Heh, once you get to about lvl 31 leveling becomes a bitch. I used to have a level 49. Argh. Though I think my lvl 13 can play with you. On now?

B-Style- Bigot-style - using slurs like "fagg" because you aren't conmfortable with your own sexuality and/or because you can't use a thesaurus.

Was on yesterday kicking the sh!t out of noobs in your game. Was pretty cool. I wasn't even trying. Though mostly everyone there were fricken laggers.

Judgemental are we Throbble? I only used fagg for lack of a better word, plus it sounded good. Did I ever mention I hate assumptions?
