Most of us are monks. The only requirements really, are first we decide whether or not you are worthy to get in, and the other is you have to wear the same pink armor as the rest of us... the only thing is, you can change the properties or whatever on the armor and helm, but the colors must be the same. You don't always have to wear it, but when others are around, then ya wear it! =). Pretty simple.
