geeze, i guess you guys didn't get it, I'm saying i want the old topics because they are still there in backup, and I was promised them by Nathan, yet he is not really... a follow through type of guy... there IS a backup of all the topics i've made and yes I do have my own site, and I just recently lost all my new info, and if I could just get back the topics and sticky's for em, and for the ones on NwN that are still there if I could get them...  I would be fine with all the topics without posts, BUT if I could keep the Haishin ((story of betrayal)) posts that'd be cool, the rest just the topics, sub topics, and sticky posts... That'd be cool if i could get that from the backup like i was promised by Nathan... ya... so Mel if you could, that'd be great, but if not I understand... i guess...

In the current database those posts/topics are gone (exept those still visible), just checked that. I still have backups (almost one each day), I have the most recent one that contains all the old subforums, loaded in a database. In case you need them I can temporary put a forum up where you can vieuw them on a ipb board.

You're not clear in you post, but I guess you need sqlquery's that you can use to put the topics/posts from here on a other ipb board (in the best case). Well, that's a lot of work. Right now I don't have the time for it, and I don't know what you all need, and some forums you listed are still here. (like anime and general roleplaying) Also I'm not going to give a full backup of the whole forum itself, exept if Nathan tells me it's ok. It's still his forum and he has to give his permission before I can give things like that. Things between you and Nathan aren't my business either.

So, or you'll have to do it with vieuwing the old and current forums, or Nathan posts here, or an other admin gives a backup, or you give a bit more information and maybe there's a 4th way then.

That's all I can think of.

hey chris, I never said yuo would get a backup of this board, I said i'll send you the topics you posted like you asked I saved them in a microsoft word doc. not in a milion years you would get this backup, lm has worked so hard to get this far, and you think we would just hand it to you like that? anyway, it wouldnt be right to give you other peoples posts, if you want the topics you've posted then send me an email my email is nehoraoff@gmail.com
