I did set their postcount to normal. That's all.

Postcounts are only an indicator how active you are. (and how good you can spam too :P)

1000 isn't that weird, that's correct. I had 70 post or so 3 months ago. Ow, and you won't lose your full postcount as long I'm around.  :closedeyes:
